I did have a delivery issue with one package. I then logged into my UPS account and specifically told them to deliver all packages to my front door. Ive had no issues since. The package that got lost was one where the driver said the package was dropped off at the office.

About 2 years ago there was a fire even closer, just at the ridge across from us. We were put on prepared to evacuate, and the fire teams scooped water from the lake and dropped it on the hills to keep everything away. We didn't need to evacuate but its always safe to have a bag with 2 or 3 days of clothes incase they close roads and we lose power. Very rarely do any structures catch fire with this much support from the fire department. Be prepared to leave for a few days, but don't prepare to lose everything

You're welcome! Here's a picture of how close it got to pyramid highway, they closed the highway but we luckily always have Sparks Blvd and Vista to leave from if we lose power.
