Start your morning with a guided Pilates session led by certified instructors, designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize your body for the weekend ahead. After class, unwind and connect with your neighbors over a complimentary glass of prosecco in a relaxed, social setting. This event takes place on the second Saturday of each month and is the perfect balance of movement, mindfulness, and community. Spaces are limited to 12 people per class, so we ask that you please RSVP only if you are able to attend. Please express interest - it helps us plan better! Plus, you’ll get reminders.
